MyAd.lol uses first-party, server-side measurement. No advertising trackers and no hidden inflation.

How measurement works

A visit is counted once per anonymous visitor token per UTC day. Online users are sessions that sent a heartbeat within the last 90 seconds. Ad views are recorded when the homepage serves the active ad. Clicks pass through our server before the redirect and are deduplicated per visitor and takeover.

What we exclude

Known bots, crawlers, spiders, headless browsers, monitoring tools, programmatic HTTP clients and requests without a User-Agent are excluded before any metric is written.

Online now is an approximation, not a promise of a perfectly live headcount.

Measurement code

This is the core logic used by the application. It is intentionally simple and auditable.
